One of Soho’s most recognizable buildings-the DKNY mural painted on its facade is an iconic part of down-towns landscape-was privately owned by two families until 2004. When they decided to put it on the market, the magnitude of the deal and the fact that there were multiple owners made this a challenging undertaking. Cast Iron Real Estate Co. worked closely with the multiple parties involved to reach an agreement that satisfied everyone. Cast Iron’s longstanding relationship with the owner’s was key in the handling of the scale of this 60,000 sq. ft. property.
